On 25-28th of June non-profit partnership “Engineers for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, heating supply and constructional thermal physics ABOK” holds in Sochi a congress-tour titled “Innovative technologies of the Olympic infrastructures”.
The aim of the event is to show the venues built for the Olympic games in Sochi to engineering specialists.
The attendees will be presented with reports by the specialists engaged with building Olympic objects as well as reports by the equipment suppliers.
The attendees shall visit the venues to get in touch with the engineering systems of the buildings.
Issues to be discussed:
- Use of heating and ventilation equipment (refrigerating machines working both as coolers in summer time and as heater in winter time);
- Use of solar panels and accumulator tanks for heating water for utility housing service and hot water supply;
- Innovative front side of the building – natural overall cooling system with individual control for saving energy sources.
- Heat treatment by refrigerating machines, drain waters and transfer air for hot water supply system;
- Automation building control by more than 5000 sensors and controllers;
- Aesthetic picture of engineering utilities in the first Russian comfort urban area and unique technologies of air supply and air conditioning;
- Installation of automated regulators for heat flow in the heating equipment;
- Use of central air conditioning on absorption refrigerators;
- Automated control system – heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply, sewerage system, power supply and lighting.
The excursion part of the event consists of visiting many Olympic venues and discussing innovative engineering solutions:
Construction of front sides of the building for natural ventilation of the premises;
Solar panel construction providing water heating for canteen;
Heating room for heating supply and ventilation;
