An innovative air conditioner has been engineered in the Russian Institute of alternative energy. The unique properties of the air conditioner are the ones that it uses a heat transfer agent the temperature of which is 40 degrees. At the same time the temperature of the heat transfer agent in other household air conditioners is 70 degrees.
By reduction the temperature of the heat conductor it became possible to curtail the energy consumption. This parameter is likely to become an advantage of the new air conditioning systems.
The engineers of the air conditioner say that they possess all required normative and certification documents to put the new product on the production line.
The production terms are not determined but it is likely to be till the end of the year.
Scientists from Irkutsk have engineered smart heaters which use a nanocomposite material what makes them capable of self-regulation both the currents and surface temperature.
The use of smart heaters in the systems of heating will not only save energy significantly but also make them flame-resistant. The contents of the nanocomposite developed in the Irkutsk technical state university is “know-how” and patented.
50 test heaters are ready for further examination.
The product has already lured investors from Korea. They plan to invest 15 million roubles. According to the plan, the joint company will produce about one million units in various modifications on the production lines of Irkutsk, China and Korea. The Republic of Korea plans to assemble heaters for car seats and steering wheels.
According to the Irkutsk technical state university, about 2000 heaters for test aims will be produced this year.
The heaters of the Russian scientists are likely to be widely used in the nearest future.
