“Grundfos” company has announced the starting of the annual competition “Grundfos award 2014” in the nomination of engineering systems.
The competition of the best projects is organized every year by OOO “Grundfos” company among the engineering professionals who design engineering systems, structures, urban infrastructure objects as well as factory production lines and water processing systems for household utilities.
All the works submitted for the competition shall undergo the examination or be implemented within 2012-2014 with the use of the GRUNDFOS equipment.
The terms for documents submission is 15th of February till 31st of May 2014.
The following nominations specified:
- Motion (water supply systems for drinking needs)
- Achievement (projects of heating systems, ventilation, air conditioning, heating plants, heating stations, heating networks)
- Civilization (sewage systems)
- Security (fire-extinguishing systems)
- Technology (industrial projects and water treatment units for household utilities)
The competition is divided into two stages – municipal and federal. An independent committee of expert organizations, design institutions and universities will estimate the contenders.
The winning projects shall be determined in each nomination. The authors will be awarded with prizes – tablet PCs or notebooks optionally. The committee shall choose one final winner project out of 5 best projects in each region. The final winner shall participate in the Federal stage of the competition for the ultimate project 2014 nomination. All the “big final” contenders (one from each region) shall be awarded with touristic vouchers with the opportunity to visit any country in the world.
